Summer cocktails

Over the past few days, I have been seeing nothing but fruity cocktails on Pinterest. I am more of a beer drinker but do enjoy my liquor every now and then. I found this yummy looking cocktail on pinterest and had to recreate it for my husband's birthday celebration...

However, living in a small town, you can't always find the right ingredients. I subbed the lemon sorbet for peach sorbet and it was delicious! I used fresh mint from my mom's garden, but I'm sure you could use store bought as well. After half of the champagne bottle spewed all over my mom's kitchen, this is how mine looked...

I highly recommend this drink! Have you tried any fun drink lately that is worth making?
